One of the most rare and most special horn ever built, used in the early Fieldcoil (Blatthaller) Klangfilm Euronor Klarton speaker system.
The horn is made via 6 segments, each segment constisting of a long tratrix horn.
The sound is different from the sound of the Klarton Junior horn.
The Klarton Junior horn has a "Speach-Filter", constisting of 2 metal insertions enhancing midrange in the human voice region because the Klangfilm Klarton Junior system was made mainly for voice, as early films in Germany had an emphasis on voice.
The Klangfilm Euronor Klarton was made for huge cinemas and public affairs inlcuding music, so it has a flat linear curve.
The early first generation of Klangfilm Horns were made out of metal, coated with an silver antirust coating, then painted "INSIDE" Black. The back remained original silver colour. Only the late Klangfilm Horns where all black.
Dimensions: 64cm wide, 45cm high, 74cm long (without driver).
The throat is about 1" screwmount for a Klangfilm Klarton Blatthaller Fieldcoil Driver.
